JASMINE BASE

JASMINE BASE is a multi-component fragrance base designed to quickly introduce a luminous, full and easily adjustable jasmine character into a formula. It is not a natural Jasminum grandiflorum absolute, but a professionally structured composition that can be used as a floral heart or as a starting point for more complex accords.

Olfactory profile

White flowers, fresh jasmine, luminous petals and a light green nuance. The character is clean and floral, with less emphasis on the indolic facet than a very carnal natural jasmine.

In formula

It is particularly useful in jasmine, gardenia, tuberose, white-flower bouquets, fruity florals and oriental compositions. It can work as the center of the floral heart or at lower levels to add volume and continuity to other notes.

With HEDIONE® it becomes airier and more diffusive; with BENZYL ACETATE it gains fruity brightness; with CIS JASMONE and INDOLE it can be made more natural, warm and carnal; with BENZYL SALICYLATE it gains depth and softness.

Base or individual raw materials?

A base is useful when you want to start from an already balanced accord and focus quickly on the overall composition. Individual raw materials offer greater control over the character of the jasmine. JASMINE BASE can therefore be used both as a practical solution and as a framework to modify.

When to choose it

It is particularly suitable when a clean, luminous jasmine heart needs to be built quickly, or when floral volume is needed without reconstructing the entire accord from scratch.
