SYMROXANE™ SYMRISE

SYMROXANE™ is a woody-amber raw material with a dry, elegant and persistent character, with a vetiver-tobacco component that makes it more faceted than more linear woody-amber materials.

Olfactory profile

Woody, amber, dry and slightly earthy, with nuances of vetiver, dried fruit, tobacco and light balsamic sweetness.

In formula

It is particularly useful in woods, vetiver, patchouli, tobacco, amber and floral-woody bases. It can increase persistence, create continuity between heart and base and add luminosity without introducing obvious sweetness.

With TIMBERSILK™ or ISO E SUPER® it increases volume and diffusion; with VETIVEROL EXTRA it emphasizes the root-like component; with patchouli it creates a darker base; with vanilla and balsams it develops a warmer, rounder nuance.

How to work with it

It is a persistent and relatively powerful material. It is best evaluated in the drydown, bearing in mind that, as with several woody-amber materials, olfactory sensitivity can vary considerably from person to person.

When to choose it

It is particularly suitable when a dry, sophisticated woody-amber is needed, with a more complex vetiver-tobacco nuance than more transparent woody materials.
