PARSLEY SEED ESSENTIAL OIL
Parsley seed essential oil is a natural raw material with a herbaceous-spicy, warm and slightly woody character. It is useful when a drier, more aromatic green facet is needed than classic fresh-leaf notes provide.
Olfactory profile
Herbaceous, spicy, green and slightly woody, with nuances of celery, seeds, clover, dried herbs and a light sweet-fruity component.
In formula
It is particularly useful in aromatic, fougère, green, spice, light leather and botanical compositions. It can add tension to the heart, make an herbal accord feel more natural and create contrast with flowers, citrus and woods.
With NEROLI or PETITGRAIN it becomes greener and brighter; with CLARY SAGE it gains greater aromatic character; with rose it can introduce an unusual vegetal facet; with dry woods it develops a more earthy and spicy direction.
When to choose it
It is particularly suitable when a natural green-spicy note is needed that is drier and more complex than CIS-3-HEXENOL and more aromatic than a simple leaf note.
