BLACK PEPPER ORGANIC ESSENTIAL OIL MADAGASCAR ROBERTET
Organic Piper nigrum essential oil obtained from dried ripe berries from Madagascar. It offers a natural, warm and vibrant spicy signature, with a peppery freshness more complex than a simple synthetic pepper note.
Olfactory profile
Spicy, warm, woody and aromatic, with nuances of freshly ground black pepper, dry herbs, resin and pale wood.
In formula
It is particularly useful in fougère, woody, amber, spicy, leather, tobacco, citrus and contrasting gourmand compositions. It can add liveliness to the top, introduce natural spicy tension and create continuity between citrus, aromatics and the base.
With bergamot or lemon it gains greater brightness; with CARDAMOM it becomes more aromatic; with rose or geranium it creates a peppery-floral contrast; with vetiver, patchouli or tobacco it develops a darker and drier structure.
NATURAL BLACK PEPPER or a spicy base?
The natural essential oil is more complex, terpenic and variable, with a lively spicy freshness. A spicy base offers greater consistency and an already built signature. The two approaches can be combined to increase realism and control.
When to choose it
It is particularly suitable when a natural, bright and warm black-pepper note is needed to animate both the opening and the heart without turning into a sweet spice.
