LEMON NatPro Tec Capua 1880 (Lemon)

Lemon NatPro Tec Capua 1880 is a high-tech natural lemon extract from the Italian company Capua 1880 (Calabria), obtained from lemon juice using cold recovery technology. This approach allows for the precise reproduction of the taste and aroma of freshly squeezed lemon and lemonade, without the excessive bitterness of the peel.

Perfume and character
Lemon NatPro Tec gives a lively lemon juice effect:

• impression of freshly squeezed lemon juice and homemade lemonade;
• notes of limoncello, soft creaminess and sweet lemon, virtually without the marked tartness of the zest;
• pure, natural and sunny citrus accent, with high diffusion in the top notes of the composition.

Unlike classic lemon essential oils, which are more reminiscent of the scent of grated peel, Capua's NatPro extracts reproduce above all the juicy pulp and "taste" of lemon.

It is recommended to gradually introduce Lemon NatPro Tec into the concentrate, choosing the percentage empirically: the product has a high olfactory power, so small doses are usually sufficient to give the composition a realistic and juicy lemon character.

Lemon NatPro Tec combines perfectly with:

• other citrus fruits (bergamot, orange, mandarin, grapefruit);
• aquatic and green notes (basil, mint, verbena, tea, cucumber);
• white flowers and neroli;
