GALBANUM ABSOLUTE ROBERTET

GALBANUM ABSOLUTE is a natural Ferula extract with a green, resinous and deeply structural character. Compared with fresher and more volatile green materials, it has greater density and substantivity, with an intense vegetal signature that evolves toward balsamic, woody and earthy nuances.

Olfactory profile

Green, resinous, balsamic and earthy, with nuances of sap, crushed grass, leaf, root, wood and a light bitter, pungent facet.

In formula

It is particularly useful in chypre, fougère, green accords, leather, woods and botanical compositions. It can add tension to the heart, create contrast with flowers and citrus, and introduce a green depth very different from CIS-3-HEXENOL or other fresher, more linear materials.

With PETITGRAIN it increases the vegetal character; with VETIVER and PATCHOULI it becomes earthier; with LABDANUM it develops a darker green-resinous direction; with white flowers it creates a very elegant green contrast.

How to work with it

When to choose it

It is particularly suitable when an intense, resinous and persistent natural green note is needed to give structure to chypre, fougère and botanical compositions.
