FRESH ROSE BASE

FRESH ROSE BASE is a compound floral base designed to quickly build a fresh, luminous and contemporary rose. Compared with a more classical or Otto-like rose, it focuses more on transparency, green facets and an almost aquatic petal sensation.

Olfactory profile

Fresh rose, damp petals, delicate green facets, a citrus nuance and a light aquatic component. The character is clean, bright and modern, with less spicy or waxy depth than a more traditional rose.

In formula

It is particularly useful in modern rose, fresh floral, musky, aquatic and fruity-floral compositions. It can become the center of a light fragrance or be used to refresh an existing rose accord.

With HEDIONE® it increases transparency and diffusion; with green materials it gains a stem-and-leaf effect; with clean musks it becomes more skin-like; with delicate aldehydes and citrus it builds a very luminous, airy rose.

FRESH ROSE or ROSE OIL BASE?

FRESH ROSE BASE is greener, more petal-like, aquatic and contemporary. ROSE OIL BASE is rounder, more classical and closer to the logic of an Otto-style rose. The first is mainly for freshness and transparency; the second for structure and a recognizable rose signature.

When to choose it

It is particularly suitable when a fresh, modern and transparent rose is desired for light floral, musky or aquatic compositions.
