FRANGIPANI BASE

FRANGIPANI BASE is a compound floral base designed to quickly introduce a warm, creamy and enveloping tropical character. It is more solar and softer than a classic jasmine and less narcotic than an intense tuberose.

Olfactory profile

Tropical floral, warm, creamy and slightly fruity, with musky, woody and solar nuances. The character is full but not excessively indolic.

In formula

It is particularly useful in frangipani, white flowers, solar, tropical, amber and musky compositions. It can work as the center of the floral heart or enrich structures built around jasmine, ylang, tuberose and gardenia.

With YLANG BASE it gains more tropical warmth; with HEDIONE® more air and diffusion; with lactones and coconut it becomes more solar and creamy; with sandalwood and musks it develops a softer, more enveloping texture.

FRANGIPANI or TUBEROSE?

FRANGIPANI BASE is more solar, soft and tropical; TUBEROSE BASE is denser, more narcotic and carnal. The first is useful for a warm, luminous white flower, while the second is better when greater sensuality and presence are needed.

When to choose it

It is particularly suitable when a tropical, creamy and solar floral heart is desired that is easy to integrate into musky, amber and light gourmand compositions.
