CHARLINE BASE is a fresh citrus-woody-musky base designed to give structure, cleanliness and continuity to modern compositions. The profile combines a bright opening with a dry woody heart and a transparent musky base.

Olfactory profile

Citrusy, green, woody and musky, with nuances of lemon, lime, petitgrain, pale woods and clean musks.

In formula

It is particularly useful in citrus, aromatic, woody, musky and unisex compositions. It can give cohesion to formulas that feel too fragmented, support the citrus opening and create a clean base without introducing excessive sweetness.

With BERGAMOT or MANDARIN it increases luminosity; with PETITGRAIN it gains more aromatic verticality; with ISO E SUPER® or TIMBERSILK™ it becomes more voluminous and transparent; with clean musks it reinforces the trail.

When to choose it

It is particularly suitable when an already balanced base is needed to quickly build a fresh-woody-musky structure, or to modernize a formula that requires greater clarity and continuity.
