SICILIAN SWEET ORANGE ESSENTIAL OIL

Natural sweet orange essential oil with a bright, juicy and soft character. In formula it brings a citrus freshness that is less sharp than lemon and more rounded, with a fruity sweetness that helps connect a citrus opening with florals and the base.

Olfactory profile

Citrusy, sweet, juicy and slightly honeyed, with nuances of peel, pulp, fresh juice and a light floral component.

In formula

It is particularly useful in colognes, citrus fragrances, fresh gourmands, fruity florals, fougère and unisex compositions. It can soften structures that are too green or spicy and give the top a more rounded, natural sensation.

With bergamot it gains elegance; with mandarin it becomes softer and fruitier; with warm spices it develops a more enveloping direction; with vanilla or cocoa it moves easily into gourmand accords.

SWEET ORANGE or ORANGE NatPro?

Classic essential oil expresses the peel and terpenic component more strongly. ORANGE NatPro emphasizes juice and pulp. The two materials can be combined to build a more complete, three-dimensional orange effect.

When to choose it

It is particularly suitable when a natural, bright and soft orange note is needed, capable of adding citrus sweetness without the sharpness typical of other citrus materials.
