AQUA PHORE
AQUA PHORE is a floral-aquatic raw material with a soft, transparent and slightly animalic character. Compared with more explicit marine materials, it works more on moist texture and the sensation of skin, petals and water than on a recognizable oceanic accord.
Olfactory profile
Floral, aquatic, powdery and slightly musky-animalic, with a sensation of dew, wet petals and water jasmine. The character is sensual and layered, softer than ozonic.
In formula
It is particularly useful in aquatic florals, musks, skin-like accords, transparent marine compositions and abstract structures. It can add depth to an aquatic accord without making it too cold, create a moist nuance in flowers and add a softer texture to musks and pale woods.
With FLORALOZONE it gains more air and ozone; with CYCLAMEN ALDEHYDE it becomes fresher and more petal-like; with macrocyclic musks it increases the skin-like effect; with HEDIONE® it maintains greater transparency and diffusion.
How to work with it
In the concentrated material the animalic side may be more evident than it is in the formula. It is therefore useful to evaluate it in dilution and in the complete context, where it can become a very elegant bridge between water, flower and musk.
When to choose it
It is particularly suitable when a less marine and more sensual aquatic component is needed, capable of adding moisture, texture and depth to transparent flowers and skin-like accords.
