ORANGE NatPro Tec Capua 1880 (Red Orange)

ORANGE NatPro Tec Capua 1880 is a high-tech natural extract from the Italian company Capua 1880, obtained from orange juice using the proprietary NatProFile® cold recovery technology. This gentle evaporation technology captures the volatile components of fresh juice and transforms them into a valuable aromatic raw material.

Perfume and character
ORANGE NatPro Tec gives the impression of a real fresh orange juice:

• juicy, sweet orange with a strong “fruity” character: the scent of freshly squeezed juice or a homemade orange drink;
• light nuances of blood orange: warm spiciness, delicate hint of cinnamon and dried fruit that gives depth and volume;
• soft citrus accent, sunny, without excessive astringency or the marked bitterness of orange peel.

Unlike classic orange essential oils, dominated by a peel profile, Capua's NatPro extracts are built around the juice, the "all-fruit" sensation: they convey the scent of the whole fruit with pulp and juice, particularly valuable in gourmand accords and accords that evoke drinks.
