MANDARIN NatPro Tec Capua 1880 is a high-tech natural mandarin extract from the Italian company Capua 1880, obtained from mandarin juice and the aqueous phases of its processing using NatProFile® cold recovery technology. This gentle cold evaporation and recovery of volatile compounds allows the aromatic substances to be captured from the juice and transformed into a valuable raw material.
Perfume and character
MANDARIN NatPro Tec gives the sensation of a real juicy mandarin segment:
- fresh, lively mandarin, sweet and tart, with a "juice running through your fingers" effect; mandarin pulp without the smell of peel;
- all-fruit feel character: whole fruit with juice and pulp;
- leaf-green nuances, light herbaceous notes and a slight spiciness that add naturalness and juiciness to the accord;
- citrus, sunny and joyful top notes, with high diffusion.
Compared to regular mandarin essential oil, the NatPro extract is more “edible”, less astringent and much closer to the scent of fresh, sweet mandarin.

- Manufacturer: Capua 1880 (Italy) — a Calabrian family-run company, one of the world leaders in the processing of Italian citrus fruits and the production of essential oils and extracts for over 140 years.
- Raw materials: mandarins grown in Calabria and Sicily; Capua processes much of the region's mandarin harvest using a sustainable supply chain, partly UEBT-certified, and regenerative agriculture practices (reducing CO₂ emissions and water consumption).

It is recommended to introduce MANDARIN NatPro Tec into the concentrate gradually, starting from minimal doses: the material has a high olfactory density and often a small percentage is sufficient to give the composition a juicy and realistic mandarin character.
